Since all our products and services are customized based on client-provided information, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Return Policy.
1. No Refunds & No Returns
Due to the personalized and own nature of our services, we do not offer any refunds or returns.
Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
This policy applies to handwritten Kundlis, astrology consultations, Vastu services, puja bookings, and mantra jaaps.
2. Customization & Client Responsibility
All services are prepared based on the details provided by the client (e.g., date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, etc.).
Any incorrect or incomplete information given by the client is not the responsibility of Book My Kundli.
